GRP cold water tanks - One Piece Insulated

One piece cold water storage tank manufactured from GRP materials. Fully encapsulated insulation to sides and lid. Close fitting and sealed lid which is removable for maintenance.

Full WRAS approval 0809038.Suitable for all cold water applications including:
Potable & Non Potable water storage. Process water (including process cooling) applications -15º to +30º c. U Value 0.8

Two piece cold water storage tank manufactured from GRP materials.

Fully encapsulated insulation to sides and lid. Close fitting and sealed lid which is removable for maintenance.

Full WRAS approval 0809038.Suitable for all cold water applications including:

Potable & Non Potable water storage. Process water (including process cooling) applications -15º to +30º c

Raised float valve housings, retro fit, type AB air gap with weir overflow, retro-fit, for Equilibrium valve, Aylesbury KB valve, KP valves

Flanged tank connectors manufactured from PVC.

Two ranges available:
Standard duty back-nut type which are fitted to the tank with a hexagon nut inside and outside the tank wall. This type of tank connector are suitable for most applications.

The range is available from 1/2" up to and including 4".

Fully flanged type which are fitted to the tank with heavy duty internal and external flanges which are secured to the tank wall with M12 stainless steel fixings. Fixings and sealant are supplied. This type of tank connector enables a more secure seal to the tank wall and is suitable for more industrial applications.

The range is available from 2" up to and including 12".

All supplied complete with EPDM gasket, stub flange and galvanised steel backing ring drilled to NP16 configuration. The stub flange is supplied loose, requiring a solvent cement joint to be made by others.

Float Valve Equilibrium.
A range of quality high flow rate Float Valves which are simple and robust and can reliably self-compensate for changes in water supply pressures.

One size of seat and one size of ball float will suit any working pressure up to the maximum recommendation of 5bar.

Even at these pressures the seat combined with the hydraulically balanced closing action gives fast, quiet and smooth shut-off.

Valves are available in 1/2” to 4” sizes with BSP male threaded inlet stub.

Equilibrium Float Valve
A range of quality high flow rate Float Valves which are simple and robust and can reliably self-compensate for changes in water supply pressures.

Series 200 1.2m inside diameter, 1.25 outside diameter 1,000 - 10,000 Litres capacity.

Series 300 1.8m inside diameter, 1.87 outside diameter 4,000 - 40,000 litres capacity.

Series 400 2.6m inside diameter, 2.7 outside diameter 13,650 - 100,000 litres capacity.

Our GRP underground tanks are suitable for many applications and can be manufactured to a wide range of specifications to handle such substances as water, sewage, farm effluent, petroleum products and chemicals.

Tanks have a 25 yr warranty.
